Five 3D renderings with exterior views in Casares, Malaga, Spain.

Interior design renderings of a house, belonging to the residential complex Seaview, of 44 houses located in the urbanization Casares Finca Cortesin in the province of Malaga.

Once again, the real estate developer Exxacon, once again trusted Rendersa for the development of 11 3D renders to show one of its major real estate projects: Seaview. This residential complex is located in the prestigious urbanization Finca Cortesin, between Sotogrande and Marbella.

These 3D renderings show what the interior and terraces of one of the homes will look like, three renderings show the exterior and two renderings offer a general view and area of the residential complex, as well as the swimming pool, both during the day and at night.

A 3D 360º virtual tour was also developed for this project, which allows visitors to tour the residential complex as well as one of the homes.

Subsequently, the real estate developer requested additional renderings to show the villas.
